- Personal Identification Information: First name and last name, email address, account number (if a registered customer of Lifeplus Europe Limited)
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, browser version, pages of the App you visit, the time and date of your visit to the App, the time spend on those pages, unique device identifiers and diagnostic data where necessary, type of device used, mobile device unique ID, mobile operating system for your device, type of interest browser used
- Information from Third Party Social Media Services: In the event you create an account to use the App via a third party social media service (including, but not limited to, Google, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) or LinkedIn) personal information already associated with the third party account (including, but not limited to, your name, email address, your activities and your contact list) may be shared with the App / Us. You may also have the option to share additional information with the App via the third party social media account – If you decide to do this, you are giving Us permission to process that information in line with this Policy
- Information Collected whilst using the App: Pictures and other information from your mobile device’s camera and / or photo library (subject to having your prior permission to do so)
- Location Data: If applicable, we may collect location data through the App (with your consent).
- Payment Data: Payment method details if transactions are made through the App.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data for the following purposes:
- Provide and Maintain Services: Including to monitor the usage of the App, as well undertaking to provide the services you have purchased on the App and managing any requests you make to Us
- To Manage your Account: To manage your registration as a user of the App, as well as providing access to the different functionalities of the App available to you as a registered user
- To Contact You: To contact you by email, telephone (including SMS), or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a push notification from the App where enabled – Such communications to include updates or informative communications related to the functionality of the App or it’s features, as well as information on security updates when necessary for their implementation • - - - Marketing: To provide you with news, special offers and general information about the App or about other goods, services and events which We offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about, unless you have opted against the receipt of such communications

We may also share your personal information in the following situations:

- Service Providers: We may share your information with third party service providers to monitor and analyse your use of the App, for payment processing, or to contact you
- Affiliates: We may share your information with Our affiliates including our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control or ownership with Us
- Business Partners: We may share your information with Our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions
- Lifeplus Europe Limited (Lifeplus): We may share your information with Lifeplus if you hold an account with them, for the facilitation and management of your Lifeplus account (including, but not limited to, the calculation of IP associated with your subscription to the App)
- Other Users: When you information or otherwise interact with other users in the public areas of the App, such information may be viewed by all users and may therefore be shared outside the App (which We cannot control). If you interact with other users or register with the App through a third-party social media service, your contacts on the third-party platform may be able to see your name, profile, pictures and description(s) of your activity within the App. Similarly, other users may be able to view description(s) of our activity, communicate with you and view your profile on the App
- Business Transfers: In the event there is a change of business structure or business ownership your information may be shared with third parties as part of this process (subject to notice being provided to you where necessary) • Consent: We may disclose your information for any other purpose where we have your consent to do so

4. Legal Basis for Processing Your Data

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- Performance of a Contract: To provide you with services and fulfill our contractual obligations, as well as allowing others to fulfil their own contractual obligations to you (namely Lifeplus)
- Consent: Where we rely on your consent to process certain data, including location data and marketing preferences.
- Legitimate Interests: For purposes such as improving the App, conducting analytics, and marketing (where we believe our interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms).
- Legal Obligation: To comply with applicable laws.

5. Data Storage and Processingg

We store and process your data in Ireland, where our main data servers are located. However, your data may also be transferred, processed, and stored outside of the EU, including in the United States, for purposes such as:
- Cloud Hosting and Data Storage: To store user data securely with our third-party data processors.
- Analytics: For analyzing usage and app performance. In these cases, we ensure that the transfer of your data is protected by appropriate legal safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs), or other adequate safeguards as required by GDPR.
